By downloading, installing, or using the Fox and Geese mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fox and Geese ("we," "us," or "our").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you.

The App, including all software, graphics, designs, logos, text, and other content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that we own all right, title, and interest in and to the App. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the App or any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
The App is supported by advertisements provided through Google AdMob. These advertisements may be personalized based on your usage and device data, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fox and Geese and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
